Sales Associates, Inc. was founded on October 1, 1981, as manufacturers'
sales representative.
The
sales territory covered by Tri-Tech Sales Associates, Inc. include: the
five boroughs of New York City, the New York State counties of Orange,
Rockland, Dutchess, Sullivan, Putnam, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk;
all areas in New Jersey, north of Trenton and Asbury Park.
To
support the sales effort in this area, a full-time office staff is employed.
This staff enables customers to place purchase orders, obtain technical
information, receive manufacturer's literature and expedite purchase orders.
Communications are maintained via mail, e-mail, telephone, mobile telephone,
facsimile, e-mail as well as two way mobile phone "Nextel" technology for
instant office to field communications.
Additional
sales support is obtained through the use of "Empowering Systems" a Lotus
based software program. This software has been in place for over six years
providing up to date information on all quotations, pricing and customer
related data, as well as a complete company calendar and e-mail functionality.
All data can easily be sorted by salesmen, distributor, end-user, dollar
or part number to name but a few. This massive data accumulation allows
any Tri-Tech employee to access previous quotes, pricing and important
customer data at the touch of a button and it enables our inside staff
to react quickly to quotations and related matters extremely efficiently.
All outside salesmen replicate each night from their home offices allowing
complete two way access on all sales and customer related matters. In 2005
Tri-Tech once again invested in a complete overhaul of all its desktops,
laptops and server equipment making our system "state of the art technology."
Tri-Tech service to its customers for over 24 years is second to none.
Tri-Tech's
engineering capability and technically trained sales force has earned the
respect of both customers and manufacturers alike as a "professional and
technical agency". Products are introduced and sold into a variety of markets
including, but not limited to, electrical distributors, electrical contractors,
consulting engineers, original equipment manufacturers, industrial accounts
and electrical utilities.
Sales
meetings and seminars are held on a regular basis to keep both Tri-Tech's
sales force and customers up to date on Tri-Tech manufacturer's policies
and products. Tri-Tech Newsletters are published on a regular basis, to
introduce new products and keep customers aware of product developments
and changes.
